Before stepping into entrepreneurship and investment, Dương went through hands-on technical experience at major technology organizations where he was a core contributor — actively delivering critical products on schedule and beyond technical standards. Those years forged his systems architecture thinking and ability to lead complex technical teams, forming a solid foundation for his founding journey ahead.
Led the technology strategy for the Swift247 logistics platform—a solution connecting road and air transport that significantly shortens delivery times. During a prolonged deadlock, his technical guidance became the key factor in 'reviving' the entire system. Together with the team, he restructured the infrastructure, removed technical barriers, and successfully delivered the project meeting all expectations.
Participated in Phase 01 of the OPPO e-Commerce project as Technical Manager. His close technical mentorship in designing the framework and core system played an important role, providing the team with a clear roadmap to overcome difficulties and successfully launch on schedule.
Directly provided technical consulting and deployed the eCommerce platform strategy. With solid expertise from the very start, he precisely guided the direction, becoming a key link that helped the team accelerate and go-live the system in under 6 months — an important launchpad driving digital operations and sales for Vascara.
Coordinated and provided technology direction for the corporation. When taking over the Maison Online eCommerce project that had been stalled for nearly 2 years, his debugging experience and architectural vision was the key to turning things around. The team adjusted the platform and achieved a successful go-live in just 3 months.
Served as Senior Developer at 247 Express, directly developing and optimizing the enterprise technology system. With a solid technical foundation, he made important contributions to building and operating the technology infrastructure, ensuring system performance and stability.
Served as CTO at Datamart Solutions (Vietnam), leading the strategy and Big Data system architecture for enterprise clients. Under his technical direction, the team successfully launched PowerSell on schedule—an omnichannel sales management platform now serving over 18,000 sellers across Southeast Asia, processing thousands of orders daily and synchronizing millions of products on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, and Facebook. Experience building systems at this scale is the core foundation he brings to jASI.
Managed automation solutions for the Landers Superstore chain (Southeastasia Retail Inc.). By mapping out a detailed technical roadmap, his leadership helped the team maintain stability, complete complex automation modules, and bring the large-scale system go-live on schedule.
